Craig is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia. Craig holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Macquarie University Sydney.
Craig is experienced in all aspects of family law, including property and parenting matters, financial agreements, divorce, maintenance, child support and de facto / same sex relationships.
Craig has a particular interest in complex property matters involving companies, trusts and valuation issues. He also has an interest in jurisdictional issues within Family Court proceedings, including the use of its accrued jurisdiction, which was the subject of his university Honours thesis.
Prior to being admitted as a lawyer, Craig served in the NSW Police Force between 2002 - 2011, attaining the rank of Senior Constable. His policing career provided him with critical investigation skills and extensive experience in dealing with family violence, post separation conflict and the use of apprehended domestic violence orders. Craig has a thorough understanding of the role of the NSW Police Force and experience in the NSW Local and District Court systems. This experience, combined with Craig's empathy and his legal skills allow him to provide practical, commercial and considered advice to clients.
